Techniques & Services

Chiropractic
A drugless, non-invasive form of healthcare that supports the concept that maintenance of proper function of the musculoskeletal and nervous systems can provide for better health. It is holistic, meaning that the entire body and a person's lifestyle are examined and treated. It uses natural health methods such as exercise, nutrition and diet, and lifestyle modification to promote wellness.

Physiotherapy
A wide array of therapies, such as electric muscle stimulation, ultrasound, cervical traction and pelvic traction. These therapies help the muscle and joints in returning to normal function and aid in the healing process.

Rehab Therapy
Exercise used in the maintenance of proper muscle functioning after a person has reached a normal level of activity.

Massage
Used for relaxation for a person mentally as well as physically.

Herbal Therapy
The use of single and combination herbal remedies in the treatment of many conditions such as sleeping disorders, anxiety, depression, sinus problems, etc.

Homeopathic Therapy
A system of medicine based on the principle that "like cures like"; the same substance that , in large doses, causes symptoms of illness can cure illness if it is given in minute doses. Homeopathic Therapy can be used to treat many conditions, including premenstrual syndrome, migraine headaches, diarrhea, etc.

Nutritional Analysis
Analyzing diet to determine proper intake of nutrients, such as proteins, carbohydrates and fats, to maintain a healthy weight or to loose weight.

Weight Programs
Programs are set up for persons on an individual basis according to each person's needs. Whether it is to loose weight, gain size, tone up or just to stay healthy, a program is developed to meet your individual needs.

Electro Acupuncture
This is a technique that uses small electric current and conductive pads to stimulate acupuncture points. You just feel a warm vibration and a slight tingle. This procedure can greatly reduce and, in some cases, eliminate the need to take drugs for arthritis pain, backaches, migraines, depression, anxiety, addictions, digestive disorders and other ailments.

Hydromassage
To increase the circulation throughout the body as a whole.
